Bright Floral

In the recent #psbloggerschat (Sunday Night 9pm GMT if you want to join in) we were discussing things out of our comfort zone and i said i wish i experimented more with colour, yes i have moved away the 'slimming hides a multitude of sins' black wardrobe i once owned to a more colourful and vibrant wardrobe but i will think i am a lot afraid of colour, it makes you stand out and draws (not always wanted) attention to you and even though i am happy with my body and have come a long away there is still an element of wanting to be inconspicuous sometimes, especially when i am teaching or going about town on my own (i don't want to draw attention to my size as i think if someone called me fat while on the outside i might be able to put on a brave face and say something like 'oh really, i hadn't noticed' but on the inside i would crumble, feel really embarrassed and probably end up crying in the toilets later while stuffing my face with cookies).

Anyway that was a  long winded way of me basically giving two fingers to people and trying to embody some of the most confident fats i know (Beth, Lisa spring to mind) and go about my daily business dressed very conspicuous, i was pretty much a visual assault on the eyes hehe.
