My Fat Style Round Up: January, February and March 2020

What a wild few months it has been! I write this from lockdown in my makeshift dining room office, where i am mostly wearing jammies everyday. Before the world shut down i did manage to go to Boulder US for our annual sales kick off and a trip to Athens to explore all things ancient Greek. I also managed to see Miz Cracker, Sasha Velour and Sofie Hagen's the world is on fire so let's put on a show.

I hope you are safe and please, just stay indoors.

My Fat Style Round Up: July 2019

July was a quiet month for me activity wise, i was busy with work, i just got a promotion and the heat meant i spent a lot of time hiding inside trying not to melt.

Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: June 2019

June is my birthday month so i had lots of fun things planned, from afternoon tea and a drag show, to ballroom dancing and spa days, what an amazing month.

Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: May 2019

May was a busy month, 6 theatre trips, a work trip to Billund and two bank holidays to enjoy.  Let's take a look at what i wore...

Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: April and Viva 2019

What a month April was - I went to Las Vegas for my first Viva and i had the absolutely best time (i've made an album of some of the pictures from our time there) and i got to wear some amazing dresses and have my hair done. Which was our favouite of my Viva dresses? Let me know in the comments.

Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: February 2019

February was a bit of a quieter month for me, work was busy but i still managed to go to the Theater twice.

Also, i now work from home two days a week, where i just sit in a t shirt and lounge pants, not really photo worthy, so that means the number of outfits i'm sharing will decrease.

Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: January 2019

Yet again, i am late posting this, sorry!
January, the start of a new year and a time i find my wardrobe a bit challenging, it's colds so i have to wear leggings and i think my wardrobe is more suited to it being a bit warmer.  This month i went to America for a week for a work conference, came back with a chest and ear infection and went to see Miz Cracker. What did wear for this month?

Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: December 2018

December - one of my favourite months of the year, i like all the lights, decorations and the feeling the festive season brings. I also have quite a collection of Christmas print clothes, which i only get to wear at this time of year.

As usual i went on a Christmas Break with Tan to Budapest, which was just as beautiful as the first time we visited.

Here you can see my entire Christmas themed wardrobe...

My Favourite Outfits of 2018

2018 - What a year you've been. I traveled to Vienna, Boulder, Krakow, Japan, Budapest and Denmark. Japan blew my mind, it was just such an amazing place, i hope to write a full blog post on it soon.

My mental health hit one of the worst lows i've experienced, with my anxiety getting so out of control i could barely leave the house at one point, however with ongoing counselling and CBT i'm ending the year in a better place and with the tools to tackle 2019. I tried dating for the first time in years and actually met someone but sadly that hasn't worked out, trying to maintain a relationship when your MH is in the toilet just doesn't really work.

I had lots of wonderful days out, attended my first Twinwood, saw some amazing burlesque including Dita Von Teese, saw Drag live including Sasha Velour and Ben De La Creme. Ate lots of lovely afternoon tea's; Christmas Sketch being the pinnacle.

I fell more in love with the Marvel universe and cinema in general, unleashed my love of Lego (I have the Harry Potter Hogwarts castle to build in 2019), become a Murderino, and showed my dedication to Disney and Harry Potter.

My fashion hasn't really changed, but i'm buying more key pieces from American Brands such as Pin Up Girl Clothing and Vixen, instead of buying from cheaper fast fashion brands. In 2019, i want to shop less and set myself a monthly clothes budget (let's see how long i stick to that) and shop my wardrobe more, mixing up what i already have.

And finally i have to say a massive thank you to my two besties, Chez and Tan for coming on lots of adventures with me, being there when i needed you most and just being the most amazing friends a girl could ask for.

Here are some of my favourite outfits from 2018.....it was really hard to choose

Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: November 2018

November was a month of settling back into routine, even though everything was a bit crazy, i came back to work to find my boss has left while i was in Japan and i had to pick everything up, but i rose to the challenge and feel pretty good about that. I travelled to Denmark for work, went to see fantastic Beasts and saw the one and only Dita Von Teese.

Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: September and October 2018

Things have been eerily quiet on the blog and i am sorry for that, i have been in Japan for 3 weeks and in the lead up i was frantically getting ready, meaning i didn't have much time to blog, but i'm back and i'm bringing you a double dose of outfits to catch up!

July is the first month since February that i haven't left the country and i stayed put, in all fairness, with the ridiculous heat there was no reason to leave, unless it was to go find ice. July held a Friday the 13th and Christmas in July, i love a good reason to dress up!
