Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: 7
3 May 2016
New Look Strappy Top
17 Jun 2015
Jeans - Evans
Top - New Look Inspire
I have a confession to make, this self confessed dress-o-holic has been wearing jeans, at least once a week! I know it is shocking, shall i give you a minute to get over that? i guess my style is evolving again slightly and dresses aren't always practical. I raved about the jeans here, and it still stands, i'm actually looking to get a black pair.
I love these strap detail tops but i've never really seen them in plus size and it is just something i accepted i would probably never get. Browsing New Look one day, doing my weekly stock take, i stumbled upon this top and it was straight in my basket, I love it, i'm wearing a 24 as the material doesn't have much give, i was a bit worried about the length as my body is so short but with the side splits, it actually looks good. You can also rock it with leggings just as well.

OMCZ: Shopping Trip
1 May 2015
Challenge One - Shopping Trip
"This is inspired by the Shopping Trip to Birmingham organised by Nikki . Knowing what to wear on a shopping trip in the colder months can be a challenge. You want to be warm enough when you're outside but as soon as you go inside it's too hot."
You can find my previous OMCZ posts here.
Spring time with Scarlett and Jo
1 Mar 2015
Top - Primark
Skirt - Scarlett and Jo
Shoes - Sole Diva via Simply Be
Headband - Ebay
It's the first day of March which means the first day of spring, and it is actually a nice sunny day out, giving me the perfect opportunity to wear this skirt. It is sold out online now but check ebay, they might pop up. The skirt has great volume due to the layers of net and a thick black waist band to define your waist. You know my love for floral and now that spring is here, i will be wearing them more.

OMCZ: Summer Holiday
2 Jul 2014

Challenge 35#
Summer Holiday - This weeks challenge theme has been chosen by Leah! Here is what she she said ""An outfit that you would wear at your favourite summer holiday destination. Let me set the scene - you're on holiday, the sun is shining and maybe you've caught a little sun. You're feeling the freedom to wear whatever you like and perhaps show a little more skin than usual as you feel free and happy. You're going out for a meal in the evening to a lovely restaurant, maybe with some dancing and cocktails afterwards. Would you opt for comfort or go all out on the glam? How would you accessorise your outfit?"
London Outing
17 Apr 2014
Top - Live Unlimited
Cardgian - Asda
Necklace - Primark
On Tuesday i went to London to see Russell Howard at The Royal Albert Hall. The venue is truly stunning and one of the most beautiful theatres i have been too and we were two rows from the front so had a great view; i had to stop myself rushing the stage and touching him. The show was very funny (i don't care for your personal opinion on my taste in stand up comedy). I have seen every one of Howard's tours since 2006 now, just as he started appearing on Mock The Week so it has been nice to follow his journey. His sister gave birth while he was on stage so at the end of the show he phoned her and her us all to sing to his nephew. I also went for a mooch around Selfridges with my poor brother in tow, i spent ages cooing over the beauty counters and even made a few cheeky purchases.
Magnificent 7th: Something you never wear

We will be posting on the 7th of each month, and the aim of the challenge is to create an outfit to fit the theme, using clothes from our wardrobes, and yes that does mean digging deep into the depths and finding those long lost clothes! Hopefully one of us won’t end up in Narnia, but you never know with a bloggers wardrobe!
This month’s theme was something you never wear
Dress - Live Unlimited
Necklace - Gift
Boots - New Look Inspire
After the 30 days 30 dresses challenge i don't have that much in my wardrobe now that i haven't t least worn once, so it was quite hard for me to find something that i don't wear, also in part because i have so many clothes, but i came across this dress, which i have had for a while but haven't yet worn and i wasn't sure why. It is such a lovely dress, when i saw it at the Live Unlimited press day on one of the hosts, i asked if this was going to be in the collection, she let me try it on and it was love. I got it in the sale before Xmas (i'm wearing a size 14, proof that labels mean nothing) but i think i thought it looked too fancy to wear for everyday, but then i thought sod it, i am just going to wear it, what is the point of having nice clothes if you are never going to wear them. Also how fabulous is the necklace? my parents got me it for Xmas.
I wonder how the other ladies have tackled the theme

This month’s theme was Sports Relief
Swimsuit - Clements Ribeiro at Evans
I really struggled with what to do for this months challenge, i'm not what you would call sporty. I toyed with the idea of a red outfit but i don't actually have that much red in my wardrobe. As i was putting my washing away i came across my swimsuit, i had wore it for Hot Tub fun times in Sheffield last week and thought this is perfect for sports relief. It is also a fabulous swimsuit that i wanted to show you.
