What a wild few months it has been! I write this from lockdown in my makeshift dining room office, where i am mostly wearing jammies everyday. Before the world shut down i did manage to go to Boulder US for our annual sales kick off and a trip to Athens to explore all things ancient Greek. I also managed to see Miz Cracker, Sasha Velour and Sofie Hagen's the world is on fire so let's put on a show.
I hope you are safe and please, just stay indoors.
July was a quiet month for me activity wise, i was busy with work, i just got a promotion and the heat meant i spent a lot of time hiding inside trying not to melt.
What a month April was - I went to Las Vegas for my first Viva and i had the absolutely best time (i've made an album of some of the pictures from our time there) and i got to wear some amazing dresses and have my hair done. Which was our favouite of my Viva dresses? Let me know in the comments.
February was a bit of a quieter month for me, work was busy but i still managed to go to the Theater twice.
Also, i now work from home two days a week, where i just sit in a t shirt and lounge pants, not really photo worthy, so that means the number of outfits i'm sharing will decrease.
Yet again, i am late posting this, sorry!
January, the start of a new year and a time i find my wardrobe a bit challenging, it's colds so i have to wear leggings and i think my wardrobe is more suited to it being a bit warmer. This month i went to America for a week for a work conference, came back with a chest and ear infection and went to see Miz Cracker. What did wear for this month?
November was a month of settling back into routine, even though everything was a bit crazy, i came back to work to find my boss has left while i was in Japan and i had to pick everything up, but i rose to the challenge and feel pretty good about that. I travelled to Denmark for work, went to see fantastic Beasts and saw the one and only Dita Von Teese.
Things have been eerily quiet on the blog and i am sorry for that, i have been in Japan for 3 weeks and in the lead up i was frantically getting ready, meaning i didn't have much time to blog, but i'm back and i'm bringing you a double dose of outfits to catch up!
August saw me going to see Ben De La Creme's drag show, go to my first twinwood and actually not go on a summer holiday! Find out what i wore during August below.
July is the first month since February that i haven't left the country and i stayed put, in all fairness, with the ridiculous heat there was no reason to leave, unless it was to go find ice. July held a Friday the 13th and Christmas in July, i love a good reason to dress up!
June was a fun month, it was my birthday, i went to Krakow for an actual holiday, we celebrate Fathers day and i went to see Burlesque. What did i wear for all this?
May is one of my favourite months, because it is time for Eurovision! I travelled to Denmark for a week for work, and i had some minor surgery on my toe. What did i wear for all this?
April was a busy month, i had outings to London, many gigs and shows to attend and i was in America for a week (which meant i got to pick up some new goodies). What did i wear for all this?
February was a busy month - I travelled to Vienna for our big sales kick off meeting, but added on a few days to explore with Tan. I had afternoon tea, London Edge and there was also a snow storm to contend with. See how i dressed for all this is February's wardrobe round up.
January was a month where i seemed to dig out lots of my older dresses - sorry i've been unable to link to them, but sometimes it feels good to have a rummage through your wardrobe and find old favourites.
2017 - What a fun year you've been. I travelled to Boulder, Portland, Brussels, Rotterdam, Stockholm, Milan, Rome, Dusseldorf, Disneyland Pairs 3 times and Ljubljana - Phew i've racked up the air miles. I turned 30 (but hey age is just a number), took on the health concern trolls and questioned where the role models have gone and wrote about being ghosted, finally got my Nightmare Before Christmas tattoo, had lots of amazing days out; Afternoon tea at Sketch, Kew Gardens, London Edge, Voodoo Vixen party, Style XL Awards. I made new friends and got to spend time with old friends. Bring on 2018
Here are some of my favourite outfits for 2017....
I am a bit late in posting this, but better late than never. November was an odd month, i worked from home a lot, which meant lots of jammie days, plus a holiday to Disneyland Paris. So what did i wear in November?
