Unique Vintage Mint Llama Fun Fair Print Dress

Unique Vintage Plus Size 1950s Mint Llama Fun Fair Print Chateau Swing Dress

A dress that has Llamas on? Yes you read that right

I won a unicorn at the fair!

Unique Vintage plus size Mint Llama fun fair print dress

I have long lusted over Unique Vintage, they make clothes with such whimsical prints, but also some very classy reproductions that they are right up my alley.

However being in the states i have never ordered as shipping and customs are pretty pricey and i really wasn't sure about the sizing. They go up to a 4x, but when inspecting the size chart. it is a very small 4x. Something i really struggled with when picking a piece to review as only a handful of pieces had a sizing that i might possibly squeeze myself into.

I picked the Unique Vintage Plus Size 1950s Mint Llama Fun Fair Print Chateau Swing Dress*, because if fun fair print wasn't fun enough, it also has llama's on. Amazing!

The gorgeous mint textured fabric features a charming array of cotton candy, popcorn bags, ice cream cones, and cute llamas. The flirty sweetheart bodice features a foldover neckline with a dainty center bow that tops out a pointed empire banded waist with subtle bust gathers. Adjustable straps allow for a perfect fit to your figure while the stately A-line swing skirt is gathered at the seamed natural waist to create a gentle hourglass pop. Outfitted with a back zipper and hook to tuck in your form and side pockets.

Now as i said above about the size, this was small on me. i couldn't wear a bra to get my bust in (my bust was a few inches bigger than the size chart) and it had zero stretch, meaning it bunched around my waist a bit, however, it is still a beautiful dress, i just wish there sizing was slightly more generous but it is perfect if you are smaller for me. Especially as they've just released a collaboration with Micheline Pitt (who designed Deadly is the Female for PUG) and it has some corkers in it!
