Everything's better with a polka dot on top

This is one of my Ebay finds, i got it for an amazing £15 while it is selling on ASOS for £35. My love affair with navy is continuing here, it really is my color of the moment. The dress is just so classic, the pleat detail on the skirt and the pussy bow (which is much easier to tie) just make this effortless chic, i can't wait to wear it in the summer but as it's cold here i paired it with a black cardigan to stave off the chill and my boots. We had a little party at uni this week with some of the staff, there was finger food and mulled mine, the life of a PhD is quite nice at times and this is what i wore. We have our official meal this week so keep an eye out for my outfit.
