Day 23 of 30 days 30 dresses. Sometimes you just throw an outfit together and hope for the best, that is what i did here, it's not my finest effort but it's not a total disaster either. I wanted the cardigan to be the focal point as it is just so cute.

Day 16 of 30 days 30 dresses. Now this is a bit of a cheat, i didn't actually wear this yesterday, i spent most of yesterday in leggings and a t shirt, sometimes less, sometimes more, but it wouldn't have made for an interesting outfit post. This might look like a two piece but i assure it is a dress, i liked the overlay, but it isn't stiff like lace can be, it is really soft. I got it in the sales for a bargain £8.

Day 11 of 30 days 30 dresses. Sorry for the late posting, i'm not long in, i had a long day of teaching and now plan on getting into my oneise and watching the sewing bee, living the high life. I recently noticed i had a lack of plain black dresses in my wardrobe, sometimes you just need a plain black dress to dress up with other items and it is a wardrobe staple. I paired this with my polka dot cardigan from Asda (there has been some Asda love on the blog recently) and a long necklace and grey pumps to tie the look together. When Becky went to Liverpool

Back in December i travelled to Liverpool to spend the night with Meg, Aisling and Emma for a proper scouse night out. Meg had booked us an amazing apartment to stay in. After stuffing our faces with lots of food, a photo session started, as it would when you put loads of bloggers together.
I wore a DP dress what was floral patterned (surprise surprise) but it has this amazing mesh panel in the skirt, making it a bit quirky. I don't think it is online any more sadly.
We had a fabulous night full of laughs, we named ourselves big mix (not entirely sure why but it was funny). Aisling did the most amazing dance to Robbie Williams, it needs to be seen by the world. Can't wait to see these girls again.....Dublin 2014?

Skirt - DP
Necklace - Glitterbomb
Boots - New Look
Another quick one from me today, i am really busy at the moment (PhD has kicked into high gear) but don't want to neglect the blog so it will be short and sweet outfit posts for a bit, sorry, but in a way it is good as it cuts down the waffle. I got this skirt when DP has 25% off, check is a more safe alternative to tartan as it won't go out of fashion as quickly and the leather (pu) trim just adds a little edge. How cute is my elmo necklace? i get so many compliments on him.
