Swimsuit Ready for Vegas

In April i am heading to Las Vegas for Viva, the largest rockabilly event in the world. Part of the line up is a pool party, so i knew i needed to step my pussy up and get a swimsuit that would dazzle. Now most people attending the pool party will be in true vintage swimsuits, however, such a thing is a pretty mythical item in plus size, so i was going for something that would snag me a sugar daddy and show off my best assets.

Also, i now work from home two days a week, where i just sit in a t shirt and lounge pants, not really photo worthy, so that means the number of outfits i'm sharing will decrease.

January, the start of a new year and a time i find my wardrobe a bit challenging, it's colds so i have to wear leggings and i think my wardrobe is more suited to it being a bit warmer. This month i went to America for a week for a work conference, came back with a chest and ear infection and went to see Miz Cracker. What did wear for this month?

2018 - What a year you've been. I traveled to Vienna, Boulder, Krakow, Japan, Budapest and Denmark. Japan blew my mind, it was just such an amazing place, i hope to write a full blog post on it soon.
My mental health hit one of the worst lows i've experienced, with my anxiety getting so out of control i could barely leave the house at one point, however with ongoing counselling and CBT i'm ending the year in a better place and with the tools to tackle 2019. I tried dating for the first time in years and actually met someone but sadly that hasn't worked out, trying to maintain a relationship when your MH is in the toilet just doesn't really work.
I had lots of wonderful days out, attended my first Twinwood, saw some amazing burlesque including Dita Von Teese, saw Drag live including Sasha Velour and Ben De La Creme. Ate lots of lovely afternoon tea's; Christmas Sketch being the pinnacle.
I fell more in love with the Marvel universe and cinema in general, unleashed my love of Lego (I have the Harry Potter Hogwarts castle to build in 2019), become a Murderino, and showed my dedication to Disney and Harry Potter.
My fashion hasn't really changed, but i'm buying more key pieces from American Brands such as Pin Up Girl Clothing and Vixen, instead of buying from cheaper fast fashion brands. In 2019, i want to shop less and set myself a monthly clothes budget (let's see how long i stick to that) and shop my wardrobe more, mixing up what i already have.
And finally i have to say a massive thank you to my two besties, Chez and Tan for coming on lots of adventures with me, being there when i needed you most and just being the most amazing friends a girl could ask for.

Christmas Afternoon Tea at Sketch

Chez and I love an afternoon tea so we decided on a new Christmas Tradition - Christmas afternoon tea, and where is more extra than Sketch, so this had to the be the place for an inaugural event (you can read about my first trip to Sketch here). Chez's other half Nick and our friend Steph also joined us, which was extra special as we are all going to Vegas together next year for Viva so it was a great chance to plot and plan.
